Welcome to LanguagePath. By using this site you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and plain.

1. The service

LanguagePath is a free, no-account language-learning web app. It offers language courses and practice tools that run in your browser. There is no subscription and no sign-up.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LanguagePath for your own learning. The courses, content and design are the property of LanguagePath.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
• Don't scrape, copy, republish, or resell the course content without permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Advertising

LanguagePath is free and ad-supported. Advertising is served by Google AdSense and only loads after you consent. You can reject advertising and the site remains fully usable. Third-party ads are governed by their own providers' policies.

5. Affiliate links

Some travel-related pages and language pages (for example the Travel, Path, language home and pocket-phrase pages) contain affiliate links through Travelpayouts to travel partners such as flight search, hotels, tours and activities, travel eSIMs and travel insurance. They are marked "Partner links" where they appear. If you book through one, LanguagePath may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partners never influence course content, lessons or which phrases we teach. Your booking is a contract with the partner, not with LanguagePath, and is governed by the partner\'s own terms.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Course content is offered in good faith but may contain mistakes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanguagePath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
